Dan D. Troutman
Mr. Troutman has completed various design build construction projects ranging from Branded and Un-Branded Convenience Stores, Doctor's Offices, Special Treatment Clinics, Mini-Malls and Apartment Complexes. Many of these projects (either by their nature or actual site conditions) involved various environmental concerns.
Mr. Troutman has 30 plus years in designing and supervising asbestos and lead abatement projects. These projects have been located in approximately 30 states ranging from small projects to projects in excess of $35M.
Mark E. Hartz

Mr. Hartz has 25 plus years in environmental consulting and training. Beginning back in the early 1990’s he taught Freon certification training and today trains all aspects of Asbestos, Lead Based Paint and OSHA certifications. Mr. Hartz holds multi-state credentials in Asbestos and Lead.
He has trained for Region IV & VI EPA and the Georgia Environmental Protection Division. He has served on executive boards for the Environmental Information Association, Professional Construction Estimators Association, and is the current President of the Georgia Safety, Health and Environmental Conference. Mr. Hartz regularly speaks at regional and national events for Environmental, Health and Safety organizations.
Mr. Hartz developed RRP Wipes® for the Lead RRP regulation compliance along with marketing the A1A Ultrasound device currently used by NASCAR, Goodyear, GE and others.
- Manager, Industrial Hygiene, Safety & Health
Cliff Hampton has been with the company since 2002. Mr. Hampton's duties include environmental sampling, Mold Investigations, Indoor Air Quality Investigations, Clean-Room Particulate Clearances, Dosimeter Sound Mapping, Asbestos Inspections and Lead Based Paint Inspections. He oversees the Methamphetamine investigations for various law enforcement agencies throughout the CSRA.
He's responsible for the development and implementation of Site Safety and Health Plans and Chemical Hygiene Plans specific to client needs. Mr. Hampton also oversees all safety and health program needs for Alternative Construction & Environmental Solutions and performs the duties of Radiation Safety Officer.
