PROJECT & CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

For many years, the staff at ACES has provided construction management services for local projects, out of town projects and international projects. Our staff has over 125 years of applicable experience. These projects have ranged from $5,000.00 to $32,000,000.00 in size and from a few days to two years in duration. Our clients are individuals, corporations and government agencies. Currently, ACES' staff is managing in excess of $90,000,000.00 in projects in all stages from almost complete to site acquisition.

We cater our services to our clients' needs. This means we can coordinate land acquisition, re-zoning, permitting, site design, project design, and ultimate construction or any part of this that our client desires. We strive to deliver the best product while working to keep costs in line. Our experience has found that at least half of project savings can come from a well-managed design.

One area of excellence is that of demolishing large projects with environmental concerns. Our environmental experience with lead and asbestos allows us to deliver solutions to demolition projects that can save tens of thousands of dollars. In addition, we have found specifying that concrete and masonry be crushed on site and left for the Owner's use has saved in demolition costs as well as in site redevelopment. This crushed material can be used in lieu of purchasing fill and/or subbase.

We have working relationships with Architectural and Engineering firms from coast to coast as well as an in house Architect for document review and small project designs.
